Meet The Team
Robert Pollack, MD, FACS
Founder & CEO
Dr. Pollack is the visionary behind Stage 4 Enterprises. He developed his first practice management application while in plastic surgery residency and used that program for the first 15 years of his private practice. In 2013, he co-founded one of the first software companies to offer a true-cloud, plastic surgery specific practice management program. His company was acquired a few years later by the industry’s largest plastic surgery EMR software company.
Carol Lee, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Lee has more than 36 years of experience in finance, including 27 years as a member of an executive management team for a C-Level Exec. She spent the last 13 years working in the wireless telecommunications industry. Ms. Lee became a certified public accountant while working for Deloitte & Touche. She holds a BA in business administration from the University of San Diego.
Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Stankevich has over 15 years of experience with software development around the world. His experience covers software engineering, management of engineering teams as well as holding the position of CTO. He has consulted for software companies around the world on architecture and development processes. Mr. Stankevich holds a degree in computer science.
Vice President, Customer Satisfaction
Ms. Escobar has over 20 years of experience in the medical industry and has spent the last six years as implementation and support specialist for medical technology companies. She developed customer support systems from the ground up and provided best practice solutions to small and medium sized medical offices. Ms. Escobar is a certified medical assistant and certified medical secretary.
Vice President, Customer Relations
Ms. Sommer has worked in customer service, implementation and training for over 14 years, the last 6 of which were in the medical software industry. She has extensive experience in managing the implementation of practice management and electronic medical record software to small and medium sized medical practices. Ms. Sommer holds a BA in Individualized Studies and Associates degree in business administration from the University of Toledo.
